General Guidelines 

Eviction – must be at least 2 years old 

Broken Lease – must be at least 2 years old

Late  Rental Payments – if you have more than 2 late rental payments in the last 12 months, we cannot help.

Multiple Rental Debts – if you have more than one debt owed to a landlord, you must pay off all but one of the debts before we can help you. 

 Criminal Background Issues 

Felonies – must be at least 10 Years old

Misdemeanors – must be at least 2 years old

Pending Charges – must be resolved 

We can not help with any Crime (Misdemeanor or Felony) Involving Assault, Robbery, Sex, Weapons, Aggravated or Any Violence Related Offenses

 Credit Issues 

Bankruptcy – must be at least 2 years old

Foreclosures – must be at least 2 years old

 Income Issues 

The least expensive apartment that we work with is $1,000 per month. To qualify, you must be able to prove that your income is at least $3,000 per month.
