How To Get Approved

Now that you have your list of apartments, follow theses steps:

1. Call the apartments and discuss your issues with them before visiting or applying.

2. Your list is only valid for 30 days.
Contact us and we will update list if needed.

3. Do not use the term "Second Chance" when speaking to the apartments.

If you ask if they are second chance the answer will be NO. If you ask if they will work with your issue, they should say YES.

4.Tell the apartments that Randal Newhouse / SCA Locators sent you.

Let them know when you first visit and put us on your application. Make sure to tell us when you apply so we can contact the apartments and let them know you are one of our clients.
