First Time Renters

As a First Time Renter, you have no rental history. Check your credit score. Make sure that you can prove that your income is at least 3 times the amount of the rent. Try not to have room mates. Most peoples first home is an apartment so the apartments are used to dealing with first time renters. Be careful though, not all apartments will take first timers.
